Alexander Technique

We offer private and group Alexander Technique lessons. Alexander Technique is focused around posture awareness and learning how to improve your alignment and posture by letting go rather than holding yourself in positions. The techniques you learn will help you to release tension and experience greater ease in all your activities. Years of unconscious habits like slumping, tense neck and holding ourselves tight result in stress, pain, fatigue, shortness of breath and other health issues. By recognizing our habits and learning to let go, we regain the ability to move naturally, freely, and painlessly through daily activities.
