The Melt Method

The MELT Method® is a simple self-care routine that uses foam rollers and small balls to increase flexibility and alleviate pain throughout the body. Practicing sequential movements using these tools, the MELT Method was designed to work on bringing fluids back to the commonly dehydrated connective tissue of the body, easing aches and allowing for pain-free movement. This innovative self-treatment program empowers individuals to ease their own pain and extend the positive effects of massage and bodywork.
