Licensed Massage Therapist

Rose is a NYS licensed massage therapist (LMT) with over 20 years of experience. She graduated from the Swedish Institute in NYC, and has also received advanced training in several additional modalities, including craniosacral technique, Swedish, prenatal, sports massage, and reiki — knowledge she regularly employs in her highly customized client sessions.

She specializes in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) therapy, a light-touch massage technique that stimulates the lymphatic system, helping to reduce swelling and inflammation. Rose received her certification as a lymphedema therapist from Klose Training over ten years ago.

Rose considers massage an art and says that she uses her hands like paintbrushes to help her clients feel better. In her free time, Rose loves spending time with her family, being outside, and traveling.
