Maro Weidmann, Head Holistic Esthetician and Co-Owner of Slope Wellness in Park Slope, Brooklyn, NY, began her skin care career as a makeup artist. After spending 15 years honing this craft, she realized she’d prefer to enhance the skin’s natural beauty rather than conceal it. In 2016, she attended Atelier Esthetique Institute of Esthetics and graduated with honors.

Maro, who has trained in gua sha, Vodder Manual Lymphatic Drainage, facial reflexology, facial cupping, Thai herbal poultice, aromatherapy, and reiki, continues to pursue advanced holistic esthetic education, frequently integrating new techniques into her practice. She is one of Laurel Whole Plant Organics’ top skincare partners.

Maro customizes treatments to address her clients’ lifestyles, nutrition, hormones, stress, and emotional status. She loves her clients and invests in their well-being, believing that health and beauty start from the inside out. She is also the formulator of LaRose, an organic skincare line inspired by the herbal remedies of her Greek heritage.
