Licensed Massage Therapist

Lana, a NYS licensed massage therapist, has been in practice since 2015. She received her bodywork education in Belarus and also in New York. Lana is a firm believer in the body’s ability to heal itself. She uses a collaborative and intuitive approach through thoughtful communication and by listening to the body. She combines that notion with her clinical experience to provide a thorough, soothing, and effective massage. Lana is experienced in Swedish, sports, prenatal, myofascial release, deep tissue, hot stone, shiatsu and therapeutic massage.

Lana is also a certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Specialist (Vodder Technique), receiving her degree from the Academy of Lymphatic Research in Florida. Lana practices Manual Lymphatic Treatment for edema of various origins, including post-traumatic and post-operative edema, as well as a number of pathologies such as fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, migraine, chronic pain relief, palliative care, and others.

Utilizing a combination of her expertise in Western techniques with philosophies and methods of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Lana aims to ensure the most effective results, helping her clients to reach their specific goals.
