Licensed Acupuncturist

Zhentao is a New York state licensed acupuncturist who received his degree in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Chang Chun University of Chinese Medicine in China. He is also a nationally board certified diplomate of Acupuncture with the NCCAOM. Zhentao is trained in many different acupuncture techniques and modalities, including: Traditional Chinese acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, dry needling (trigger point acupuncture), motor point acupuncture, scalp acupuncture, modern neuro-anatomical acupuncture, auricular acupuncture, Tui-Na manual therapy, cupping, and gua sha.

With more than 10 years of experience in Chinese Medicine, Zhentao is able to treat a wide range of health conditions including pain, injuries, addictions, depression, respiratory conditions, digestive disorders, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, and more. His passion and specialty is in the treatment of women’s health, including the treatment of infertility, pregnancy and postpartum care.
